The zinc coating will be MIN 270gsm, the highest level in zinc content. This means it will obtain the best performance in anti-rust. But with the extra process, its cost will be higher a lot.

Hot dipped galvanized before welding. With this type, the raw material will be hot-dipped galvanized wire and won’t need the extra hot-dipped galvanizing step as the other type. Therefore, the cost will be lower a lot. Bu in the same type, the welding point will be without the galvanizing treatment. And the zinc content will also be dependent on the raw material.
